Long story short. Can you guess how many tools I have used to capture and annotate the screenshot below?

I used only one tool to capture, and add step sequences, Arrows and texts.

So today my article is dedicated to the all-in-one tool, Greenshot.

As you know, most of the teams are spread across the globe. Even if they are in the same location they might work remotely or hybrid setup. So most of our time we spend on collaborating with them.

As a software developer, QA Engineer or support engineer you might have to share screenshots or steps to reproduce issues multiple times per day. You might have to add test evidence or share steps with the customer.

4. Save or Share: Once you’re done annotating, save or share your screenshot using the available export options.
